Use of the Service

BrewMapApp is a personal brew spot tracker. You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to access other users' private data without permission
• Not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Take responsibility for any content (spot names, reviews, notes) you submit

BrewMapApp reserves the right to discontinue service at any time.

Your Data

You retain limited ownership of the spot data you create. By using BrewMapApp, you grant us a limited license to store and display your data as part of providing the service. We will not share your private spots without your explicit action (e.g. creating a share link).

We reserve the right to collate and analyze any provided spot information for future use.

Shared Links

When you create a share link for a spot, that spot becomes publicly accessible via that link. You are responsible for managing and revoking share links you create.

BrewMapApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of spot information or any actions taken based on it.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BrewMapApp after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
